Every situation is different and I will work hard to find the right buyer who can bring you the terms and price that is fair for you.
In order to sale your property it needs to be priced to match the market. I will share my knowledge of the current market and work with you on finding the price that will sale you’re home at top market value.
LISTING PRICE AND MARKET UPDATES
Once we have planned our listing price I will aggressively market you’re property and keep you informed on changing market conditions they may effect our pricing and or strategy.
Someone loves you’re house and you have a buyer! Now it’s time to get the money you deserve. My job is to inform you of the current market using my knowledge of inventory and a CMA (Comparative Market Analysis) to make sure we get you the terms you desire for the best price possible.
Once you have accepted an offer, buyer’s sometimes use inspections to lower the price of you’re home. I will negotiate for you making sure a fair agreement is being made in the event that there are negative inspection findings.
You will have a lot of paperwork when buying a property. I work with Title and Escrow to insure we have everything needed to meet deadlines for a proper and legal close.
